Women's Education Scholarship
Help us encourage women and young girls to pursue their education and further their dreams.
Studies indicate that due to discrimination, exploitation, and poverty, half of all the girls in developing countries are uneducated or do not complete primary school. Many are forced to marry young or to work to help support a household. Some are kept from attending school because they must stay home to look after younger siblings, or because their culture says that education is strictly for boys. Others are simply unable to afford school fees and uniforms.
By giving to the Women’s Education Scholarship you are taking a stand for women and girls across the globe! You are enabling countless girls to see the importance of education and to recognize and exercise their rights to obtaining their academic dreams. For older women that have been pulled away from academics by life circumstances, your gift allows them to return to school and complete the highest levels of education.
